On September 22, 2026, DropBio® marked its sixth anniversary and officially moved to its new site. On the same day, the cosmetic functional raw materials R&D base and GMP production workshop project of Drop (Nanjing) Bio-Tech Co., Ltd. was successfully completed, unveiled, and opened at Nanjing Beauty Valley.
As the first project to officially open and commence production since Nanjing Beauty Valley began operations, this day was not only an anniversary and a relocation for DropBio®, but also a brand-new starting point. At present, the company has fully completed its relocation and is officially operating from the new site, with all business activities proceeding in an orderly manner.
A New Journey | Unveiling Ceremony, Witnessing a New Chapter Together
With two joyous occasions arriving together, the company grandly held its relocation and unveiling ceremony at 10:08 a.m. on the 22nd, inviting government leaders, park representatives, partners, esteemed friends from universities and enterprises, and all colleagues to witness this milestone moment together.
In his speech, Yu Liang, Party Working Committee Secretary of Yanjiang Subdistrict, fully affirmed the DropBio® team. He noted that DropBio®’s rapid development would not have been possible without Chairman Xu Jinrong leading the team in pioneering and enterprising efforts, and it also embodied the hard work of all employees in overcoming difficulties. From in-depth communication and precise negotiation to formal signing, the entire process took only just over one month. In July this year, the company began renovation and construction, and in just a few months, it completed the construction of a high-standard GMP production workshop and made it ready for production, setting a new “Yanjiang Speed” for project implementation and construction. Behind this lies not only DropBio®’s corporate responsibility of staying committed to industry and forging ahead through solid work, but also a vivid illustration of government-enterprise collaboration, targeted empowerment, and full support for enterprise development.
From policy support to site implementation, and from entrepreneurial incubation to accelerated development, we thank the Nanjing Jiangbei New Area Market Supervision Administration, Yanjiang Subdistrict, and Xinju Group for their strong support, which has enabled DropBio® to focus wholeheartedly on advancing technology and moving forward steadily.
A New Look | New Site, New Vision, Moving Forward Together
A new site brings a new atmosphere.
After the unveiling ceremony, Xu Jinrong, General Manager of the company, led the management team and accompanied leaders from relevant government departments of Jiangbei New Area and Yanjiang Subdistrict on an on-site visit to the company’s brand-new R&D and production base in Building H10-2, Nanjing Beauty Valley. Xu Jinrong guided the leaders through the company’s patent wall and honors and certificates display area, the Class 100,000 GMP-standard cleanroom, and the R&D center. The new R&D center has established specialized laboratories covering the full spectrum of new raw material R&D, analytical testing, application formula research, efficacy evaluation, and testing. Xu Jinrong introduced that the R&D center will focus on specialty plant extraction, bio-fermented raw materials, and green manufacturing processes, continuously delivering “green, efficacious, and safe” functional raw material solutions.
It is worth mentioning that the R&D center is just steps away from the R&D and Intelligent Manufacturing Center of the Nanjing Institute for Comprehensive Utilization of Wild Plants, All China Federation of Supply and Marketing Cooperatives, in Building 8 of the park. Xu Jinrong said that leveraging this unique industrial ecosystem advantage, the company can achieve efficient collaboration by “meeting experts just downstairs” in areas such as formula stability research and efficacy verification, greatly reducing R&D costs and improving innovation efficiency.
Taking root in Nanjing Beauty Valley and building an industrial ecosystem together. With the new factory as a starting point, DropBio® will continue to deepen its presence in the functional cosmetics raw materials sector, join hands with upstream and downstream partners in the park, and jointly write a new chapter in the beauty and health industry.
Folk Music Performance | An Evening Gathering, Resonating Together
As night fell, the DropBio® Relocation Folk Music Gala Dinner was grandly held at the Yangtze River Conference Center Hotel. Guests from the Jiangsu Provincial Daily Chemical Industry Association, Jiangsu Health Industry Association, Nanjing Cosmetics Association, scientists from several universities, leaders and representatives of cosmetics-related enterprises in Nanjing, as well as DropBio® partners and customer friends, gathered to celebrate and extend their congratulations.
Before the dinner began, three guest representatives took the stage one after another to offer their blessings and expectations for DropBio®’s new starting point.
Representative of Key Partners | Mr. Wu Renrong, Chairman of Nanjing Well Pharmaceutical Group Co., Ltd., spoke first. Over the years, Well Pharmaceutical has given full support to DropBio®’s development. From joining hands at DropBio®’s founding to deep collaboration today, it has been the company’s closest and most important partner. Chairman Wu’s presence brought not only blessings for the relocation, but also firm confidence in deeper future cooperation between the two sides.
Representative Scientist | Professor Feng Baicheng from the College of Chemical Engineering, Qingdao University of Science and Technology, then delivered a speech. He and Mr. Dong Xueqian, Chief Scientist of DropBio®—Deputy Director of the Faculty of Food Science and Engineering, Qilu University of Technology; Vice Dean of the School of Food Science and Engineering; Vice President of the Shandong Food Fermentation Industry Research and Design Institute; Professor and Doctoral Supervisor—are both important experts and technical forces in DropBio®’s scientific research field and have long provided the company with professional guidance and support.
Representative of Key Customers | Mr. Zhu Lin, General Manager of Nanjing Gutian Chemical Co., Ltd., spoke last. Customers are the reason an enterprise exists and the direction of innovation. The recognition, trust, and support that Mr. Zhu and Gutian Chemical have given to DropBio®, as well as the deep friendship established through cooperation between the two sides, are a vivid portrayal of “good partners help each other succeed, and good cooperation is a two-way journey.”
The speeches by the three guests both affirmed DropBio®’s past development and expressed expectations for its future development.
Afterward, Mr. Xu Jinrong, General Manager of DropBio®, took the stage to deliver a thank-you speech.
In his speech, Xu Jinrong extended a warm welcome and sincere gratitude to all guests, experts and professors, customer friends, and partners present. He stated that relocating to Nanjing Beauty Valley and establishing a new R&D center and a Class 100,000 GMP-standard cleanroom marked another milestone in DropBio®’s development journey. At this new starting point, the company will focus on strengthening R&D and innovation, improving its production and quality control systems, and enhancing talent recruitment and cultivation. With a more decisive posture, it will expand into domestic and international markets and remain committed to a path of specialization and differentiation. He especially thanked Nanjing Well Pharmaceutical Group, under the leadership of Chairman Wu Renrong, for its comprehensive support for source raw material R&D and production bases, and said that the company would continue to deepen cooperation to jointly develop more personal care new materials and achieve win-win cooperation. In the face of the current economic environment, he emphasized that only innovation can create new quality productive forces and called on all colleagues to dare to innovate and embrace innovation.
Finally, Xu Jinrong made a ten-year pledge to the guests present and, together with the two partners Ms. Zhou Qingqing and Ms. Yang Feifei, raised a toast, wishing DropBio® a new starting point, a new journey, and a shared future!
